CSAT Follow-up Training

Webinar Description

This session held by the Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) team was conducted in response to a request for assistance by grantees to increase their GPRA follow-up rates. During this TA event, the TTA team provided recommended strategies and techniques used to locate and stay in touch with clients for the follow-up CSAT GPRA interviews.
