Trauma-Informed Data Collection Training

This training provided a broad overview for all SPARS users of how to gather information during client interviews using a trauma-informed approach. It provided an overview of knowledge and skills to explain the importance of the trauma-informed framework of care as it relates to the data collection interview process, to identify strategies to support client participation in the interview, and to identify methods to recognize and respond to post-trauma responses that may occur during or after interviews.
